Yoga Alliance Certified Course
#runYOGAroll is a unique style of yoga that combines Yoga, Chi-Running and Myofascial Release techniques. Our studio is the only school in Europe, certified by Yoga Alliance to offer this Teacher Training programme.
At the end of the course you will know how to sequence yoga asanas; shift fascia (connective tissue) to help runners train injury-free and teach breath use for efficient movement.
You will work with yoga & movement trainers such as Michel Dumonceau (Dutch National Ballet, manual therapist); Marion Masters (Author of the book Chi Running + master trainer); Kyrin Hall PhD (#runYOGAroll founder, yogi, chi-runner, master-roller) + other experts and teachers. This is the 3rd year that we offer this 200+ hours teacher training.
You will receive training in
Anatomy and Physiology
Anatomy and Physiology
Asana Practice : Yoga practice, build movement vocabulary, proper use of the breath
Nutrition : Optimal Nutrition and Eating for Energy
Yoga Philosophy : Comparative study of different yoga styles and philosophies
Chi Running : Different styles of running from ‘barefoot’ to constructed, learn movement techniques
Postural Alignment : Postural adjustments, myofascial release techniques
Yoga as a Lifestyle Business : How to get started, how to set up your own Yoga + Run Studio

Early bird rate: £ 1,920 (exclusive of vat)
Yoga Training Fee: £ 2,100 (exclusive of vat)
Yoga Training Fee in instalments: £ 2,300 (exclusive of vat) payment in 3 instalments
When you complete the modules and practical work, you will be eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance sets standards, offers credentials that’s the premier form of recognition for yoga teachers and teacher training programmes. This is an international recognised certification.
